Electronic Tax Bills
The Morgan County Treasurer's Office is continuing efforts to modernize the office and to provide better service to tax payers. The office now offers E-Bills. E-Billing is the delivery of a property owner's real estate tax bills via e-mail rather than through the mail. E-Bill provides for faster delivery of tax bills to property owners at lower cost to the county by saving the costs of postage and paper.
