About E-Bills
The Morgan County Treasurer’s Office continues to modernize services and improve convenience for taxpayers. E-Billing allows property owners to receive real estate tax bills by email rather than through the mail.
Electronic delivery provides faster access to tax bills while reducing county costs associated with printing, paper, and postage.
How to Enroll
To enroll in E-Billing, complete the agreement form below or contact the Treasurer’s Office for assistance.
Important Notes
- You are responsible for ensuring your email address is current and accurate
- If your email address changes, please submit an updated authorization form
- If you do not receive your bill, you are still responsible for payment by the due date
